Bill Splitter

Bill Splitter is a helpful app which allows two people to split monthly food bills without sharing the cost of any items used by one of them exclusively.

Perhaps Bill and Ben share the cost of the basics like bread and milk, but Bill drinks cheap Beer and Ben fine wine. A 50/50 split leaves Bill out of pocket.

Instructions

To get started, enter your names.

Then enter the total spent on each shopping receipt under whoever paid for it.

Any exclusive items are entered under whoever consumed them.

Note that it doesn't matter who paid for the exlusive item, only who consumed it.

Finally click the Show Results button to reveal who owes who what.
